Atte is the Head of the Consulting Engineering unit at ZA Advisory. He is responsible for leading ZAA’s engineering services. He is a UK Chartered Structural Engineer with over 15 years of civil and structural engineering experience spanning across consultants and contractors in Finland, the UK, Dubai and the Caribbean.
Atte's experience includes municipal work, listed and historical building conversions, mixed-use and residential developments, schools, commercial and academic buildings, private luxury residences, island infrastructure, private airports, hotels, resorts and marinas as well as pre-cast concrete design, manufacture and assembly. He also has project management experience and he co-manages a civil and structural engineering consultancy firm.
Atte works across the project life cycle, from conceptual design, feasibility studies to planning, detailed design, project execution and construction. He provides ongoing technical advice and engineering solutions to multi-disciplinary consultant teams, real estate investors, developers, government agencies and private clients.
Atte holds a first class honours master degree (MEng) in Civil Engineering with Architecture from the University of Sheffield, is a member of the Institution of Structural Engineers (MIStructE) and a chartered engineer (CEng) with the UK Engineering Council. He is also an American Concrete Institute certified grade 1 concrete field testing technician.
